ABU Engineering are a high precision machine shop and toolmaking shop based in Melbourne offering CNC machining services combined with steel fabrication and assembly expertise for full, turnkey manufacturing solutions.
We have extensive capabilities with CNC turning and CNC mill-turn machines with live tooling for combination turning and milling operations within the one setup.
We have in-house equipment for all machining operations such as surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, gear cutting, manual machining, sinker EDM and EDM wirecutting.
Our metal fabrication capabilities includes general steel cutting and welding.
We are expert toolmakers with experience in manufacturing a wide range of tooling including plastics moulds, metal stamping tools, fine blanking tools, progressive stamping tools, patterns, gauges and gravity die-casting moulds.
