A.B.U Engineering is a precision machine-shop & toolmaker based in Braeside, Melbourne. Operating for over 50 years, our customer base extends to all reigions of Victoria. Offering all types of steel, aluminium & plastic machining services combined with steel fabrication and assembly expertise for a complete manufacturing solution.
We have extensive capabilities with CNC turning and CNC mill-turn machines. Live tooling for combination turning and milling operations within the one setup.
We have in-house equipment for all machining operations such as surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, gear cutting, manual machining, sinker EDM and EDM wirecutting.
Our metal fabrication capabilities includes general steel cutting and welding.
We are expert toolmakers with vast experience in manufacturing a wide range of tooling including plastics moulds, metal stamping tools, progressive stamping tools, patterns, gauges and gravity die-casting moulds
