Who We Are

ANCA is a market leader in quality CNC grinding machines and CNC systems. The company has steadily evolved through policies of innovation and technology and a determination to produce machines that satisfy our customers’ requirements and exceed their expectations.

After 30 years working with industry, we continue to find new ways to deliver products that respond to market needs.

In the early 1980s, ANCA expanded by using its high-level engineering and mathematical skills to develop complete machine tools. The company created sophisticated CNC tool grinding machines by combining leading-edge technology with operating simplicity.

The decision to extend operations launched ANCA into a major growth phase, which involved building an advanced machine tool factory and employing highly-skilled and specialised staff. Further growth matched investment in factory equipment, research and development, and an expanded sales support network.

 

 

What We Do

ANCA is a vertically-integrated, world-leading designer and manufacturer of high precision CNC grinding machines, software and automation accessories that provide system solutions for 800 customers around the globe.

ANCA designs and manufactures complete grinding machines in Melbourne, including building the CNC, precision motors and spindles, and polymer concrete bases in-house. This gives us greater quality control and a holistic understanding of how all the components work together to produce a desirable outcome for our customers.

As well as designing complete machines, the 60+ engineers located at ANCA in Melbourne also write all the machine software programs, plus all the programs for the CNC systems.

ANCA has significantly broadened both the machine variety and capability over the past few years, and now offers nine models to cater for various customer requirements and applications.
