Avoca Engineering is an experienced Toolmaking and CNC Component manufacturer situated at Tuggerah on the N.S.W. Central Coast of Australia. Located between Sydney and Newcastle, we are only one hour north of Sydney, right near the F3 Freeway. We can supply Multi Stage Press Tools and CNC High Precision Components from our modern premises using state of the art CNC equipment. Avoca Engineering are accredited to quality standard ISO: 9001.

What We Do
At Avoca Engineering we supply precision components and press tools to industries such as Automotive, Medical, Defence, Aerospace, Food, Mining, Building and Electrical.
Our CNC Lathes are the latest in technology, combining turning and milling in the one machine thus cutting down cycle times and improving accuracy.
By utilising our Mastercam software linking it to our precision machining centre we can do Prototyping and 3D Modeling.
Using our state of the art CNC wire cutting machine allows us to produce intricate and precision Press Tools.
We design and manufacture progressive press tools for all industries including Automotive, Building, Aerospace, Defence and Electrical. We can design you a Tool from a drawing or if you require we can make you a prototype and draw up the component and then design and build the Tool.
