Our highly capable and committed staff and external industry alliances provide us with the ability to work with our customer’s product designers and procurement teams to develop the best manufacturing process to produce the final components.
Our diverse manufacturing capabilities are then aligned to produce the components or assemblies for our customers, proving the manufacturability and flowing on to production manufacturing.
What We Do
Utilising our diverse range of high order CNC machining centres, plastic moulding processes as well as metal casting equipment we are able to produce products that cross the Metals and Plastics spectrums.
We recognise that our customer’s quality requirements are both personal and very important. Through our commitment to quality we ensure we maintain the highest possible quality standards.
Our focus is on providing an appropriate offering designed specifically for our customer’s components and we continually monitor industry trends and new technology to develop better ways to meet those needs.
We work closely with our customers to design, prototype, and then supply components.
A common requirement of our customers is to relocate manufacturing in order to streamline supply & assembly operations. In these instances we assist in transitioning manufacture to the new partner. Conversely we can transition existing manufacturing to Axiam if the customer requires.
