Who We Are
Cutting Edge Profiles & Engineering (CEPE) is based in the industrial estate at Capalaba (which is in the Redland Shire in sunny Queensland).
The company has been in operation since 2005. Starting with drafting services (in 2005), the company has now added gear cutting services and CNC profile cutting services in a growing list of services.

What We Do
The services currently offered (in brief) are as noted below:
* CNC profile cutting
- in soft metals and plastics
* Gear cutting
- Spur and helical gears, pinions, sprockets, splines, worms, wormwheels
* Precision components
- manufacture and supply of precision engineering components
* Contract drafting
- using 3D solid modeling software, viz: Inventor 2008 or Solid-Edge
Our experience includes:
* Machine building
* CNC machining of extrusions for frames, brackets, and fixtures for automated machinery.
* mechanical power transmission components (viz: all types of industrial gears and gearbox components)
* Design and construct
* CAD drafting and detailing (2D drafting & 3D solid-modelling)
