Hilton tooling has been operating for over 30 years from its Glen Waverley location. Its founder Mr. Westphal has developed a business that is recognized for its expertise and commitment to quality.
This is obtained with the use of sophisticated machine tools, high speed computer programming and the skilled expertise of its workforce and management. The main area of operation is in the manufacture and design of diecasting dies and plastic injection molds and it has customers world wide who have taken advantage of its services.

What We Do
Hilton routinely handles injection moulding dies to 5 tones and diecasting dies to 25 tones in weight.

Quality begins by interactive die design with clients and continues to computer simulations before tool manufacture. Each tool is guaranteed with a pre-delivery try-out and post delivery customer support.
