All our CNC lathes have automatic feed equipment attached to allow precision bar repetition, or chucking of production work through accurate, automatic sawing of large diameter materials.
3 axis and 4 axis CNC milling is performed utilising in house fixture manufacture ensuring accurate multiple part clamping resulting in efficient component production with minimal labor intervention.
We have specialized skills in exotic materials such as stainless steels, titanium and engineering plastics.
We program all work on modern CAD/CAM systems and frequently hard engrave part detail or brand names and logos into components – in process.
