These production CNC lathes are without doubt the most cost effective means of manufacturing a large range of turned/milled components up to 60mm diameter. Machines come in a multitude of configurations from simple 2 axis to 6 axis which includes sub-spindle and milling capabilities.
Spinner magnetic pin type deburring and polishing machines.
These machines are perfect for removing sharp edges, both inside and out, on a variety of materials. They are also fast, typically removing sharp edges is a matter of minutes, as well as polishing the surface. There is also no material removed from the surfaces, so critical sizes will not vary after processing.
Barload multi-stack barloaders from 1.5m to 3.7m lengths.
New to Australia, these barloaders will impress. All units are servo driven, have multi bar capacity and are oil filled.
