Millatec provides precision machining services to industry sectors such as telecommunications, avionics, automotive suppliers, tool making, food processing and medical instrumentation. The company is equipped for rapid prototyping, small run, complex production and also has the facilities to undertake selected high volume machining.
Some of the more specific services we offer are solutions for precision CNC Milling and Turning, Aerospace Machining, Machining of Avionics Components, Medical Component Machining and Magnesium machining.
With 9 lathes we also offer a range of turning requirements to Automobile and other industry sectors who seek precision components of superb quality and guaranteed delivery.
What We Do
Millatec has extensive knowledge of the particular machining and post machining processes required for the avionics industry.
Whilst electronic circuit technology is the core of the electronics, telecommunications and information technology industries, mechanical machining is an essential part of the manufacturing infrastructure and we produce quality custom components for assembling into state-of-the-art equipment.
The medical industry is perhaps the most demanding in terms of product records and traceability, but Millatec has extensive experience in medical manufacturing and has a proven reputaiton with our current medical manufacturing customer base.
The food processing and automation industries require a different approach to CNC machining. Millatec understands the need for fast turnaround and cost effective manufacturing of small quantities.
