Small, innovative and genuine, Moorhead Engineering Pty Ltd has been operating for over 20 years providing quality general engineering, machining, hydraulic & equipment design & build services.
Located in Oberon, just 2 1/2 hours west of Sydney, we have some of the largest capacity turning and milling capabilities in this region, as well as CNC milling and machining centres.
With a stable and experienced workforce, headed by managing director, Shane Moorhead, this company strives to be competitive with price and quality in the market.

What We Do
Our dynamic and innovative machining workshop has a vast range of services, including the following:
CNC Machining, from one off through to large batch runs utlilising "Gibbs Cam" and "Top Solid".
Large capacity Manual turning, milling, grinding and key seating Machines.
Design and building of machines in close consultation with customers requirements and ideas. We are able to put the thought and ideas of others into reality.
Retail stockist of all hydraulic and pneumatic components and are able to desigh and build circuits as required intergrating PLC if desired.
We are also a breakdown shop predominantly servicing the local timber industry but are increasingly used by mining and packaging companies.
Please note that machine capacities are only a guide and with our inovative appoach we are able to accomodate much larger work pieces or different work methods.
