Precision Engineering
Low to mid volume CNC precision engineering encompassing CNC Lathes and CNC Multi-Axis Machining Centres operating across all shifts.
Production Machining
Dedicated production engineering encompassing high volume CNC machining cells that run 24 hours, 6 days a week, manufacturing variants of the same or like components under a long term contract management.
QPE also has the latest measuring devices including a state of the art CMM and electronic surface finish tester.
All work is controlled via a computerised MRP and scheduling system allowing QPE to deliver on time.
QPE can project manage all aspects of the manufacturing process of your parts from:-
