Who We Are
Roblin Engineering is a Brisbane based manufacturer that has been servicing the requirements of the mining industry in Queensland and throughout Australia since 1973. Our main emphasis being on high quality products, efficient service and a quick turn around.
Our capabilities include lathe work from the size of hand held components to shafts, cable sheave wheel assemblies, heavy motor armatures and equipment up to five meters in length.
In all we have seven medium to large centre lathes with four heavy duty mills, the largest being our Sachman table mill with which we are able to mill shafts and keyways in very large sizes.
On the CNC side we have three modern Mazak turning centres capable of turning large quantities of small to medium size components in short time.
We offer high quality machining services in combination with light to medium metal fabrication capability for the production of complete assemblies.
What We Do
We are expert in the manufacturing of machined and fabricated assemblies.
We also have specialised, over the last thirty years, in the manufacturing of medium to large conveyor pulleys including spiral, bar, brush as well as conventional and crowned assemblies. Using a variety of different materials including a full range of steels and cast iron, stainless steel, nylons, plastics, bronze and aluminium.
In fact it is most likely that every large mining operation in Queensland would be using our pulleys in some application.
