Who We Are
Rosebank Engineering specialises in nano & micro grinding of precision parts for hydraulic flight control components and other fine mechanisms as well as component processing and coating.
All our precision grinding, lapping, honing, EDM and assembly takes place in environmentally controlled clean rooms. Here the temperature and humidity control ensures machine stability, while the air filtering systems minimises the effect of air borne contaminants in precision operations. Further process control is enabled by having the machine tools mounted on a pneumatically suspended inertia beam to isolate them from external vibration.
Into this environment goes quality equipment which we painstakingly maintain to ensure they deliver their best. We operate OD and ID grinders, EDM machines and jig grinders. To ensure your components are the right size we employ a range of measuring equipment including Tesa SA and Tayor Hobson precision measuring instruments, air gauging, roundness & surface measuring equipment.
What We Do
Component engineering, manufacture, repair, overhaul, test and assembly and provision of logistic support of :
-Precision CNC machining of flight controls, landing gear and airframe parts;
-Micro grinding of precision parts for hydraulic flight control components and other fine mechanisms;

-Assembly and test of mechanical, hydraulic and fluid flow, (including fuel and oxygen) GSE and airframe components;
-Aerospace, mechanical and instrument design and analysis;

-Defence - aerospace quality electroplating, painting, shot and flap peening and Nadcap certified Non Destructive Testing (NDT)
-Design, install and support infrastructure for manufacture and repair services;
