What We Do
Equipped with CNC controlled multi-axis laser workstations we are able to process your DXF files direct from disk or email. Our 300 to 500watt average power, pulsed Nd:Yag Lasers process complex shapes on flat- & tube material.
Laser Fine-Cutting
Complex contours in tubes as small as 0.45mm OD
Complex contours in materials from 0.05 to 3mm thickness in areas of 220 x 370mm
Laser Spot- and Seam-welding
Weld diameters from 0.1 to 3.0mm and penetration of up to 2.0mm
Laser Drilling
Percussion drilling & trepanning of hole diameters from 0.025mm dia.
