Value Heat Treatment opened for production on July 23, 2007 and offer heat treatment, shot peening and metallurgical consulting services. The company is focused to be an efficient operation that is able to provide excellent quality and service in a competitive industry. The company’s goal is to be the preferred supplier in its area of operation.
The gear manufacturing, motorsport, mining, general, precision and repetition engineering industry are served.
The strength of the company is the focus and versatility of the small team. Plant facilities have been set up and equipment built / refurbished in house. All commissioning, process control and operational systems have been developed internally to produce work conforming to the most stringent quality control requirements. A dedicated manufacturing engineer keeps abreast of latest instrumentation, process monitoring and datalogging developments. Metallurgical advice from design through to failure analysis is available.
