Acoustic Ranger Locates Holes & Blockages in Pipework

Acoustic Ranger can locate blockages as small as 1% and holes as small as 0.1% of cross sectional area in pipework.

Pipes from 6mm to 500mm diameter can be inspected. The length of inspection can be up to 500 metres and inspection rates of up to 800 tubes per hour are capable.

Fully portable and battery powered, the Acoustic Ranger only requires one-man to operate and it is unaffected by bends or spirals. All data is stored digitally, offering instant results on pipework. Acoustic Ranger is typically applied to Power Stations, Petroleum Refineries, Chemical Plants and any other place where pipework needs to be inspected.
