Broens Industries Celebrates 30 Years

Design, manufacturing, aerospace tooling and engineering firm Broens Industries is celebrating its 30th birthday this month.

The future looks very exciting for Broens Industries with a raft of projects on the go.

A new facility, Broens Aerospace Components SA, is being established in South Australia which is due for completion in 2011.

Dedicated to the design and manufacture of aerospace and defence products, Broens Aerospace Components SA will combine the services of Broens, Static and Calbic to cement the Broens Group as a producer of highly complex and technologically advanced engineering products in Australia including "flying components" as an ISO 9100 accredited facility.

Projects planned for the new facility currently include the Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program, expanding on Broens' involvement in the tooling aspects of this project.
