AMTIL Becomes Enterprise Connect Partner Organisation

AMTIL has been appointed an Enterprise Connect Partner Organisation hosting one Business Adviser in Melbourne.  Enterprise Connect is an Australian Government initiative in the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research.  AMTIL will become part of the Enterprise Connect network of knowledge-creation and knowledge-transfer centres around the country by hosting a business adviser in its Melbourne office.

AMTIL's Business Adviser will conduct a Business Review spending three to four days on-site gathering information, working with people throughout various operational levels of your firm to develop a thorough view of:

• the strengths and weaknesses of your business
• strategic issues
• potential areas for business improvement
• potential areas for growth

This comprehensive analysis of your firm is carried out on site at no cost to your business.

On completion of a business review, firms have access to Tailored Advisory Services (TAS) funding (up to $20,000) to assist implementation of the business advisers recommendations. Enterprise Connect clients also have access to a range of assistance initiatives such as Researchers in Business (RiB) to conduct R&D with a commercial focus, and Technology and Knowledge Connect (TKC) to assist firms overcome their technical barriers.
