Manufacturers Showcase Exhibition Packages Released for Austech 2011

ManufactureLink has again collaborated with AMTIL to host the only precision component manufacturing exhibition on the calendar and both packages have been released. Sometimes referred to as a 'manufactured component sourcing fair', Austech attendees will be able to find niche manufacturing capability and discuss manufacturing requirements directly with the exhibiting manufacturers.

Austech 2010 saw a new initiative created by a collaboration between AMTIL and ManufactureLink to create a dedicated exhibition for precision manufacturers. Hosted as a 'show within a show' during Austech 2010 at Homebush in Sydney, this initiative proved a resounding success. The Manufacturers Showcase promoted the capabilities and expertise of precision manufacturers such as CNC machinists, toolmakers, plastic moulders, metal stampers, rapid prototypers, casting foundries, laser cutters and much more.

Austech 2011 is being held at Melbourne's Convention and Exhibition Centre from May 24 to May 27. The expectation that this event will be bigger than ever is evident in how the Austech floor space sold out almost instantly. This year's event which runs alongside National Manufacturing Week also includes the triennial Ausplas show for plastics manufacturing technology.

ManufactureLink will exhibit the capabilities of their network of more than 400 advanced manufacturers in the centre of the Manufacturers Showcase. Managing Director, George Pofandt will be on hand to asisst Austech attendees to locate the manufacturing capability they need and provide advice on how best to manufacture your products.

Exhibition packages for the Mnaufacturers Showcase at Austech 2011 have now been released to ManufactureLink members. ManufactureLink financial, subscribing members can exhibit at Austech for as little as $500 up to $1950 for a 3x3m booth including furniture and signage. ManufactureLink can also support manufacturers exhibitions with setup, maintenance, taking down and return shipping of materials and this is included in the packages for those who want to exhibit, but not attend. Also available to members this year are special offers for design and printing of brochures and exhibition materials such as banners and signage.

Packages are selling fast and as at the 7th of February, 85% of the floor space available has been sold after being released a few days earlier.
