This distinctive company is a one-stop-shop for its customers, beginning with CAD and visual effects software for pre-visualisation concept of prototype. This then proceeds to 6 axis robot CNC machining of plugs (moulds) using tooling board. The robot also trims and details cured components.

All moulds (tools) are manufactured from pre-preg advanced composite carbon fibre. The benefit of using the tooling board plugs and carbon fibre moulds is their compatibility relevant to thermal expansion, hence ensuring integrity of dimensional tolerance in the composite component. Three autoclaves of different sizes are used to cure the composites up to 280ºC.

Confirmation of dimensional accuracy of plugs, moulds and the final product is recorded through the use of either digital or photographic digitisers.
