Outlook Positive For Engineering Group

Engineering group RCR Tomlinson Ltd says the outlook for the company is positive after booking new contracts worth $50 million.

RCR said the contract's were predominantly in the group's electrical, construction and maintenance and engineering business units.

The largest is a $24 million electrical construction contract at Oxiana Ltd's emerging Prominent Hill copper and gold project in South Australia, and a $10 million power station maintenance shutdown contract in New South Wales.

RCR specialises in the design, manufacture and maintenance of heavy equipment and industrial boiler systems, site construction,  maintenance and laser cutting.
