Custom gaskets can be made to your exact specifications and drawings. A variety of cutting methods are employed depending on the material Cutting can be carried out using laser cutters, steel rule dies (die cutting knives), water jet cutters, press tools, blanking tools, fine blanking and other methods.
Custom seals can be made to your specification in a number of ways. Lip seals can be moulded or machined. Orings, quad rings and other sections can be made from joined extrusions. Custom seals can also be made using injection moulding, Liquid Silicon Rubber moulding, pour mouldign and rapid prototyping techniques such as urethane casting.
