A turnkey machining solution is one where the supplier delivers the machine, the tooling, the work holding and the CNC program to produce a specific product.
In sourcing a turnkey machining solution, a customer will provide models and drawings of the finished parts to the supplier who will then provide a complete solution to produce that part. Once setup in their factory, the customer then needs only to feed the machine material, cutting tools and maintain the set up. The customer requires no experience or expertise in designing work holding or tooling solutions, nor do they require experience in programming CNC machines.
