Wire weaving is the manufacturing process used to produce woven wire mesh. Woven wire mesh is used to produce such products as wire shelving, wire fencing, wire strainers, wire filters, wire washing baskets, conveyor belting, protective wire covers, water well strainers, and many other products.
Different section wires can be woven to produce different mesh properties. The wire sections can be round, square, rectangular or triangular (wedge wire).
