Finishing and Processing Services - Vibration deburring
Vibration deburring or vibratory deburring is an advanced finishing process for deburring large quantities of parts in a short time. Parts are loaded into the deburring machine along with an abrasive media. The size and shape of the media is selected to suit the parts, their detail and geometry. The abrasive media can be anything from quite large conical shaped pieces for large parts right down to a fine, flour-like powder for micro-parts or delicate pieces. The machine imparts a harmonic vibration action to the media and parts which moves the abrasive media across the surface of the parts which removes the burrs.
