What We Do
Thales Australia’s Lithgow’s facility provides the technological edge to the strategic ordnance requirements of the Australian Defence Force and also manufactures high quality ordnance products for the commercial market.
Thales Australia supplies the highest standard of purpose engineered products for employment in all terrain and environmental situations through:

Capable of undertaking varied and complex light precision engineering projects that include, machining - turning , milling , grinding, cold forging, deep hole drilling with complementary processes of heat treatment, metal finish and assembly.
The Metal finish capability is diverse boasting Hard Chromium plating, Soft and Hard Anodic coating, Zinc plating, Passivation and painting in a temperature and humidity controlled booths.
In support of manufacturing are co-ordinate measuring machines.
